Theo Coles of The Hermit Ram comes to The Unicorn for one night only, showcasing new releases of some of the most exciting, yet drinkable natural wines of New Zealand.
For his exclusive Sydney event he will be hosting an intimate dinner in the Unicorn's courtyard, with food tailormade to his wines by executive chef, James Garside.
Wines will be available for purchase after the dinner, with the option of delivery available.
